Chinese drone manufacturer DJI was forced to issue an official statement earlier this month. The statement rejects accusations made by the US Department of Defense and takes a stand on the use of its drones for warfare.

DJI landed on the U.S. Department of Defense’s official “blacklist” last month for allegedly maintaining close ties with the Chinese military. The drone manufacturer has since consistently denied these allegations and stressed that it intends to take action against the listing.

Now DJI has additionally released another detailed statement on the matter, in which the company declares that it has no influence on the use of its products. The background is likely to be various reports about the use of DJI drones in the Ukraine war.
