When DJI launches new products on the market, you can always expect numerous updates. For example, the new firmware version for the Mini 3 Pro. The drone now officially receives support for the FPV video goggles DJI Goggles 2, DJI Goggles Integra and the remote control DJI RC Motion 2.
In addition to the firmware update mentioned here, at least the DJI Fly app version 1.10.0, which was also released this week, is required to use the new hardware.

Overview of the DJI Mini 3 Pro firmware v01.00.0500
The new DJI Mini 3 Pro firmware update v01.00.0500 is the first new version since the release of v01.00.0400 in October 2022. Although there are no major new functions for flying the drone with the update, there are now some new settings for the DJI Mini 3 Pro in the settings. These include, for example, the option to reset all settings and delete all data. Other new settings for some flight parameters are also included. The new Mini 3 Pro firmware update is the first update in around 4 months. Version 01.00.0400 focuses on several new functions. The important support for Remote ID has been added, especially for users in the USA. However, owners outside the United States can also look forward to some new functions for the Mini 3. These include, for example, the long-requested use of MasterShots in portrait mode. We summarise all other new features in the following section.

Overview of the DJI Mini 3 Pro firmware v01.00.0201
The first “real” firmware update since the release of the DJI Mini 3 Pro and the update to v01.00.0100 brings some new features and improvements and takes care of some bugs.
Among other things, the update adds numerous new shooting modes for the portrait mode of the Mini 3 Pro. FocusTrack, QuickShots and Hyperlapse recordings are now possible in portrait mode. A 2-second interval has also been added for Hyperlapse mode.
A new USB mode on the DJI Mini 3 Pro is also designed to protect the battery when the Mini 3 is connected to a computer for data exchange. This option can be activated under Camera view -> Settings -> Camera.
An AF-C mode (continuous autofocus) is now also available for video recording.

- Problem fixed: The videos recorded in D-Cinelike in some scenarios flickered.
- A problem has been fixed: When selecting intelligent flight modes in portrait mode, an incorrect prompt appeared on the DJI RC remote controller or an Android device.
- The vignetting effect in DNG photos has been optimised.
