What your job delivers

Capture Types and Results

Photos, video, 3D models and 360° panoramas — which capture type fits your property.

Aerial Imagery — Photos

Photos are the simplest type of drone footage. As with any standard camera, these are single shots — but the unique aerial perspective gives them a whole new dimension. Aerial photos are useful anywhere you need an overview of a property, building, or landscape, or want to capture it in an impressive way.

Aerial Imagery — Videos

Alongside photos, video is the second highly popular type of drone footage. It too offers shots and flyovers from entirely new perspectives, creating a dynamic quality that no other medium can match. Like photos, video is used across a wide range of applications — wherever static images simply aren't enough.

3D Models

A digital twin consists of a three-dimensional mesh that reproduces the edges, surfaces, vertices, and texture of the area captured by the drone, resulting in a photorealistic 3D model of a property or landscape. To build one, the drone captures a large number of images from different angles — a process that's partly automated — which specialized software then converts into the finished 3D model.

360° Panorama

A 360° panorama combines multiple shots into one large image, giving the viewer a full view all around the area in question. These images can also be made interactive, letting viewers look around within the shot themselves. This format is popular on websites, where it gives visitors a complete overview of a particular area.

Digital Twins: The Real Estate Market Is Increasingly Shaped by Digital Presentations

Also known as a digital twin, this technology is primarily about creating a compelling digital representation of an object — whether physical or intangible. Real estate is one industry increasingly recognizing and capitalizing on the opportunities digital twins offer. Drone footage makes it possible to present properties more comprehensively and more attractively to buyers than ever before.

Digital Twins Open Up a Wide Range of New Possibilities

In real estate, the digital twin opens up entirely new ways to present a property — used not just by investors, but often by property managers and institutions too. Whether it's a single unit or an entire house, the property is rendered digitally exactly as it looks in reality, right down to every detail on the walls, floors, and ceilings. Once created, a digital twin can be viewed and inspected from anywhere in the world on any device, eliminating time-consuming, stressful in-person viewings. That makes property marketing far more flexible overall and frees it from a fixed viewing schedule.

Makes Working with Tradespeople Easier

A digital twin isn't only useful for marketing a property — it also makes working with tradespeople much easier. Construction projects can be planned in advance more easily and flexibly. Taking measurements becomes simpler too, and no longer necessarily requires an on-site visit. Tradespeople can also spot many details related to materials and current fittings. What matters is that the digital twin is created with the level of detail actually needed — a floor plan alone isn't enough. Instead, the digital twin should always be designed to support an effortless virtual walkthrough.
